Hi all, after some advice in wwyd. I’m 13 weeks pregnant had a scan 3 days ago all was ok. I’ve had stomach ache all day. It’s not severe but Enough that I can’t forget about it. I’m trying to sleep and see how I feel in the morning and if no better call 111. I can’t decide if I should Call them now and see if I can see an out of hour doctor but then I’m in the mindset of what can anyone really do. I’ll be honest I have absolutely no idea I’d it’s trapped wind but would that be all day every second of discomfort? Sorry for rambling.

Are you in pain or bleeding OP? If the pain is just too much then call your maternity unit not 111, as they will deal with you immediately.
If it's just stomach ache I'd say it's natural. Ligament pain comes in all manners, from dull aches to sharp pains.
You're entering your second trimester so your body is going to be expanding a lot quicker which is going to cause some achy pains.
Sometimes they last ages, sometimes they just come in short sharp spurts.

@Cupcakefairy12 I’d never had trapped wind before the last couple of weeks and it took me an embarrassingly long time to realise that’s what it was Blush. For me it felt quite similar to period pains, very low pain, but the other giveaways for me are that I feel bloated (hard to do jeans up even though I know I’m too early to be showing!), and that sometimes going to the loo/burping can be a bit of a relief (sorry, TMI maybe!). If it is trapped wind, you can use rennie deflatine during pregnancy or going for a walk helps sometimes. I’ve found not laying down for at least a few hours after eating seems to have stopped it. All the advice says to avoid fizzy drinks etc but I’ve found the bubbles in lemonade help to make me burp!

Thanks ladies. I’m just so unsure, I’m not bleeding and it’s not taking my breath away severe but it’s constant. Like not eased up. I would say it’s the whole stomach area. May try and call midwife and see what she suggests.
