Sore 'down there'

Currently pregnant, for about a month I have been really sore downstairs, it's not always sore but it always feels really dry and I mean really dry. Right in the creases the skin has got so dry that it's split but it's hard to know what to do. I mentioned it to the doctor when I went for my last scan and she just said moisturise but at that point it wasn't split.
I have tried using nappy cream and have this evening put some metanium on the cracked bits to see if that helps. I have had a UTI and I was hoping it was related to that but I'm done with the antibiotics now and nothing seems to have got better. Can anyone suggest anything else or has anyone had similar and what was it? Not due my next scan until 13th August and not due to see midwife until September. TIA

Ouch OP! That does not sound very nice at all! I'd call your doctor again and explain what's happening.
I'm not sure what creams you can use to help but maybe a cold flannel between your legs to help sooth it a little?
Hope you get better soon! 💐💐

I must admit I have been putting a bottle of water in the freezer through the day and (wrapped in towel not direct to skin 😳) and putting it between my legs when I go to bed (the only time I'm not chasing after my 18months old) which I do think helps. I'll call again on Monday and see what they say. Thank you for your response. I hope it clears up real soon cause it's unbearable at times x
