Hi Ladies,

I am hoping someone can help, I am 7 weeks pregnant but I really don’t feel it. Is it normal to feel normal? My symptoms have all stopped apart from sore breasts. No cramping or anything ... has anyone else experienced this?

I had zero symptoms and was pregnant with twins! Try not to worry, not everyone does have symptoms.
enjoy the lack of sickness!
Congratulations!

Mine only kicked in at 7 weeks....before that I just felt a bit hormonal and like I was due on my period. When they kicked in, they really did kick in though lol.
Some women are very lucky and hardly get any symptoms at all throughout pregnancy.

Thanks @parrotonthesofa I can’t help but worry. Everywhere you read, people are having cramps and twinges and I don’t feel any of that. Just hoping it’s normal and my baby is still growing ❤️

Some people experience every symptom going (do not feel jealous!!) and others like yourself experience little or no symptoms.

I called people like you with no symptoms 'the chosen ones'. Let's just say I came very well aquatinted with the toilet bowl over the next few months....

Have you thought about an early scan for reassurance? I know not everyone likes the idea of them, but I felt so much better once I saw that tiny heartbeat on the screen.

@RegalRags Thank you for your comment ❤️ I have one booked in next week but seems like an eternity away.
I think I just can’t get my head around not feeling a certain way. I hope once I have had my scan I will feel better and less anxious. The wait to the scan is also making me anxious hoping everything will be ok 😔❤️

I am so glad to read this! I have absolutely nothing - it's really freaking me out! I'm going to book a scan for next week also. I'm sure it will be fine for both of us :) don't forget, we tend to hear from people when they have something to talk about!
When do you have your scan?
SFairhos · 04/08/2020 16:56

Hello @TH22

How far along are you?

My scan is on Sunday with a private clinic, I am very nervous!

Didn’t have any symptoms at all until the third trimester...when I was hit with gestational diabetes, sciatica and carpal tunnel so severe that I couldn’t even wipe my own bottom (TMI) at some points in the day. Had to have the operation to release both wrists when DD was 3 months old!

She’s a perfectly healthy toddler now, so the lack of early symptoms didn’t hint at anything being wrong with her.

I am 6+3 apparently. I have booked a scan for next Tuesday.
Good luck with yours, I am sure it will be fine!

hi I'm currently 8 weeks and have no symptoms. This was the same with my forat born untill just after the first scan.

I seem to find that once you see and hear the heartbeat symptoms mean nothing :) hold on in there :)

SFairhos · 04/08/2020 18:05

@TH22 Agh good luck for next week ❤️

@VDM1420 Thank you for your reply. Keeping everything crossed x

The first trimester isn't nice, I had no symptoms either wasn't expecting to see a baby at my 12 weeks scan but I'm now 14 weeks and all seems well so don't worry 🤞

kittenpeak · 04/08/2020 21:45

Hello, I am 8+3. I only have fatigue (slightly) but I'm getting up in the middle of the night to wee. Nothing else. Boobs are fine. No nausea.

Went for a private scan yesterday and all is fine. I think some of us are just lucky! Let's just hope it sticks and the rest of the pregnancy and birth go smoothly too! I wouldn't worry too much, but if you are in a position to I would definitely book an early scan for reassurance
