Hi everyone,

I'm currently 17 weeks and training myself (or trying to) to sleep on my sides not back. I have a pregnancy pillow. Last three mornings I've been waking up with leg pain and a sore tummy, either the sides or the higher abdomen. It's like sore muscles or as if gravity is pulling and causing pain. it's going within a few minutes of sitting up but it's got me a bit worried. Any advice or anyone experienced this? Is it normal ? Thanks

Hi I'm 17 weeks also and been getting back and hip pain in bed so bought a pregnancy pillow which came 3 days ago ( it's huge!!!) I'm used to going to sleep on my side but do wake up on my back hence the pillow. I would say it's normal but this is my first baby too so someone might say differently or suggest an idea? I'm open to trying something else.

I have a pregnancy pillow too. Don't feel like it's helping though! It's not fun is it!

I use the wedge pillow from little chick London as I found the pregnancy pillows too big and end up kicking it out of the bed! It has helped me sleep so far (I'm 37 weeks now)

It is too big! I have one side of it hanging out of the bed wish I got just the one length not a U shape 🤦‍♀️
Not fun trying to sleep at all and I'm keeping the other half up too whoops!
