Perfect Prep Machine - How to clean using sterilising tablets?

Looking to buy tablets but unsure if I should use a whole one when cleaning the machine (using Milton tablets)?

It's just cleaned using hot water isn't it? I'm sure that's what the booklet said with mine.

We just put the tablets in the water that you put through the machine on the cleaning function.
