Raspberry leaf tea

What are your thoughts on raspberry leaf tea? It's supposed to tone the womb muscles in aiding contractions and making labour a lil more manageable. I've been taking it for the last few weeks now (recommended from 32) I am 37 weeks and I really actually do think it's working. Mt braxton hicks seem more manageable , and it actually brings them on which is supposed to happen , feels like my muscles are actually toning. I used to drink this tea for my stomach condition too and it so sensed to aid that. So was just wondering what anyone else's experiences are with it?

*i am not trying to use the tea to bring on labour before anyone starts with the whole 'baby will come when it wants' x

I'm drinking the Pukka Motherkind tea, which I think contains raspberry leaf. It really soothes me somehow, and I've felt less achy since starting to drink it. I'm a bit scared to try the pure raspberry leaf tea, as I worry it might bring on labour. I'm 35 weeks, and would like her to stay cooking for a little while yet!

I have been drinking it since 32 weeks aswell, I’m now 36 for the same reasons as you also not to induce an early labour. I recently read the tea didn’t actually have a high enough concentration to make much of a difference so I have bought capsules I’m taking two a day. I will report back when baby makes an appearance. I’m sort of skeptical about it haha but I thought anything is worth a try!
I’m hoping for a VBAC, I never actually laboured with DS1 as he was a section at 35 weeks.
If you are looking for other things to try I have ordered clary sage oil to try in my bath/as a massage but I’m waiting till 38 weeks to use that!
Hope you are keeping well Op, I’m starting to struggle with hip pain and morning sickness coming back at this point.
