Pinkish discharge 15 weeks

Hi

I've not felt myself today been getting period like cramps and pinkish dishcharge when I wipe after going toilet.

I've had a pad on since just to make sure I'm not bleeding.

I have scan tomorrow morning.

Anyone else been through this?

I had very light brownish discharge around same time, but didn't have cramps and it all settled in 2-3 days. Now 26 weeks and all is ok so far. No clue what that discharge was.
