10 week scan

Hi all

So i went for what I thought was a 6 wk 4 day scan turns out im 10 wks 5 days, I.was so nervous beforehand because I had a MMC a yr and half ago, I havent been able to eat or sleep properly with worry, We saw baby measurements were fine with heartbeat, there is a lot of conflicting info online am I right in thinking that my chances of a MC are now lower? 12 wk scan is soon im going to be so anxious between now and then to, I wish I was able to calm down and not be so negative with myself

Hi @1990fran I also had my scan today and was measuring the same as you. I don’t have any advice but wanted to bump up for you

The chances of MC do go down a lot the further on you get and apparently, it drops significantly if you've seen a heartbeat after 8 weeks.
Nothing is 100% obviously but your chance of MC between now and your 12 week scan are very slim indeed.
