March 2021 Babies

Hi, I've seen there's some threads already for March 2021 babies but the thread is closed. I got 3 BFP's last week and I'm super excited. I have very few and sometimes no symptoms so I'm so worried there's not actually anything going on in there though I'm sure I'm just being paranoid! Anyone else feeling the same?

I'm technically due April but 1st so thought I'd comment. I've barely had any strong symptoms other than exhaustion. I'm asleep by 9 most nights! I think it's normal to be paranoid at this point and I'll probably be looking back and wishing I still had no symptoms in a few weeks time. Trying my hardest to enjoy the excitement and not panic.
