Hi all

I hope I am not posting in the wrong group, I am very new to this so apologies if I have.

My story in a nutshell... accidentally got pregnant in May, after deliberation we decided to keep it, started bleeding on 26th June and sadly had a MMC as the sonographer confirmed on 29th June no heartbeat at 7.4 weeks. I went on to have medical management on 1st July. I saw the foetus pass on 4th July after excruciating pain (still scarred by it!) and spotted for a few days after.

I was asked to take a pregnancy test 3 weeks after medical management and should test negative unless any retained product is present. I did this and the test on 20th July which came up positive, and have done tests like a crazy lady everyday since. I confess I DTD once on 12th July (sorry TMI) but I can't be pregnant surely?

I have started feeling a little nauseous in the last 5 days and have serious fatigue, a little bit of rhinitis which I had in my first pregnancy and my boobs are getting bigger. I still haven't had a period but I have been cramping for the last 3-4 days, with more pain on my right ovary (quote sore sometimes).

I was referred to EPU yesterday for a scan and they said all was clear for retained product, they took my bloods and HCG is measuring 25 which is surely too low, plus my pregnancy test lines aren't getting darker (they did last Wednesday on FRER). I feel super confused and hate not knowing why I'm feeling like this all of a sudden... any help or experience would be very appreciated!

thank you for reading :)
