Could I have been experiencing implantation bleeding?? I havent had a period in 3yrs because of the pill I did mess up on them for a couple of months but didn't have a period at the time ,I have had very mild cramping since the weekend with spotting which has now all stopped (last time I did have a period I would only spot for a day then have a full on period with server cramps )but I have also had other symptoms of pregnancy I've got colostrum leaking been feeling nauseous headaches and my breast feel fuller/tender I have also done several tests before the spotting happen which have been very confusing very faint positives followed by a negative later in the same day.
