Hi all,
A little while ago I was trying to pull myself and bump up from floor by stupidly using a swivelling chair. My back was towards it as I was on the floor so I put my arm Backwards to pull myself up and the top half of body went spinning one way while my lower half stayed on the floor. It pulled and twisted my tummy and now my tummy is sore, across and the sides. :(:( I’m 19 weeks, 20 weeks on Tuesday.
Has anyone else hurt themselves by twisting? Does this sound bad to happen to my tummy?
I’m so worried! Please help reassurance needed!
