Morning sickness worsening

Is anybody else's morning sickness actually more like evening sickness and getting worse from 11 weeks. I was never sick tho very queasy in my last pregnancy. This time around I'm sick every teatime and nauseous until I go to sleep. Up until last week I wasn't too bad but now I'm 11+6 ish it's getting unbearable. Thought it was supposed to be getting better now!! 🤢

It irritates me that its called morning sickness as I felt nauseous at random times but generally in the middle of the day.
Also annoyed me when people assumed it had stopped at 12 weeks as mine continued until 18!

At 10 weeks my sickness started occurring more in the evening when I had mostly suffered in the morning until then. I would actually say my worst weeks were 12-14 as exhaustion triggered my sickness and I started getting insomnia during those weeks, so my sickness was awful! Faded away at 15 weeks though.

Hey.

Yes, I'd say mine is more evening this time and did seem to be settling HOWEVER this evening was the first time I was actually physically sick...and 5 hours later I still feel nauseated.

Hope you're well otherwise.

Thanks everyone, I'm pleased it's not unusual or anything to worry about. Didn't want to ask on the relevant pregnancy thread as I'm further along than most there and if someone said it gets worse at 11 weeks when I was only 8 I'd be really disappointed!

@DaffodilsAndDandelions I hope you start feeling better soon, it's the worse.
Mine was all day, all night, every day up until 14 weeks but now I'm 22 weeks and have felt great since.
If you are really struggling speak to your GP as they can prescribe anti nausea medication, also try travel sickness bands.

Apparently according to old wives tales morning sickness is worse when you are having a girl 🤷🏼‍♀️ it was right in my case and this is my second girl. I had nothing with my Boy.
Good Luck and I hope you feel better very soon xxx

Sorry to hear you're feeling worse DaffodilsAndDandelions. I'm 7+3. My last pregnancy, nothing. This one I've felt horrendous since 4 weeks. It is making me feel quite down to be honest. I know it's for a good reason but it's soul destroying sometimes. I shudder at every bite of breakfast. My waist looks gaunt cause I'm struggling to maintain calories. I lie down almost all day around looking after a toddler. Then headaches in the evening and nausea while I try to fall asleep at night. I tried travel wristbands but they didnt help at all. My husband suggests ginger but I can't stand it even when I'm not pregnant! Yuck.

I'm 12 weeks, and although it is better generally, if I'm super exhausted, the sickness kicks in from late afternoon/early evening onwards. Like a PP has mentioned, tiredness makes it worse for me!
