Boobs symptoms week 6-7

Hi guys.

I have had extremely sore boobs since 4dpo. I'm now at 6+6 and from about 5+6 I have noticed my boob pain ease quite considerably. I had a scan on Wednesday due to cramps but everything was ok. But I'm still worried that something is wrong since this symptom has decreased. They are still tender but it's totally bearable now. They are firm and growing but I find myself constantly poking them to see if they are still sore.
Has anyone else noticed a reduction in boob soreness? Hmm

Yes! I spoke to midwife for first time yesterday and mentioned this, she tells me it’s normal and sore boobs will return in third trimester. Put me at ease for a bit but still worried if I’m honest. Have a private scan in less than two weeks so I can hopefully see baby safe and well 🤞🏻🤞🏻First baby and no idea what is considered ‘normal’

@J2Squared It's my first too and I'm the same. Not sure what's normal and what's not. That's good that the midwife reassured you. Has the soreness gone altogether for you?
I'm finding that I'm worrying about everything though. I bet the days can't go fast enough to the scan.

They were so sore at first, then the pain moved towards my armpits where the breast tissue is and now it’s still tender around my nipples when I prod them 🙈😂
Oh same - worry doesn’t go away. Every time I go to the toilet I check the paper to make sure no blood etc. It’s very draining eh!

My boob pain came and went in the first trimester, sometimes it was so bad and then it would completely disappear for a week

I’m the same. Sore boobs is the only symptom I have so I panicked when I woke up during the night and they felt much softer. They’re tender to touch especially from the outsides and the top of the insides but they do feel softer than what they were. Some days are worse than others, they feel heavy and sore when I’m running down the stairs then other days they’re fine.

I get myself so worried something is wrong because I don’t have any symptoms but it seems so many people are the same and it’s not always about the sickness so trying to be positive until my appointment with the midwife in 3 weeks time!

I'm so pleased I'm not the only one that continually checks the toilet paper. I agree though it's so draining. I thought all the the worry about getting pregnant was bad enough but this is worse xx

@Bearcub01 the wait seems to take forever. I know we shouldn't wish away the days but they seem to pass so slowly.

@annlee3817 thank you for the reassurance how far along are you?

I'm not pregnant, this was when I was pregnant with my now five year old :)

Bearcub01 · 25/07/2020 20:45

@Babafarmer I’m still furloughed until the end of August so since I found out I feel like I’ve got nothing to fill my days with. I’m so impatient too so don’t know what to do with myself.
