STITCH/ CRAMP AT TOP OF ONE LEG

Any idea why i have this it started yesterday could hardly move it this morning and it is still there!

any ideas what it could be

i am 18 wks with my first and ten days ago i had the same thing.

top of my left thigh, not like anything i'd felt before and really painful.

good news was that as i yelled in pain and jerked around, i felt LO for first time

i've had it only once since, and not nearly so bad.

apperently salt (advice coutersy of a MNetter), potassium (my brother said that) and calcium (MW) will help
