What are yours? Have you tried them?

I know there's sex, curry and raspberry leaf tea.

Any others?

lots of walking - and reflexology

Pineapple, walking up and down the stairs. Believe me I tried them all and I was still 15 days overdue! Worth the wait though

Walking up and down the stairs sideways one foot at a time.

Lots of rocking your pelvis, so if you have a rocking chair or birth ball they are good.

Reflexology, worked with my first.

I found going into labour and pushing got all 3 of mine out.

Oh dragon!

Tried it all, Mango juice, fresh pineapple, nipple tweaking, sex, 5 sweeps, clary sage aromatheraphy oil and jasmine oil (in a burner), walked for miles and miles, visualisation, and bounced on a birthing ball for hours on end.

Eventually I went into labour the day after having acupuncture, 13 days overdue. She'd have probably come then anyway to be honest.

(BTW, I believe RLT is good for your uterus and to make labour easier, but not for bringing on labour).
