5 Weeks - Should I be Worried?

I'm only just 5 weeks... And yesterday I noticed my ankles were quite swollen and my legs felt a little puffy too. They are a little sensitive to touch, but not overly painful.
I also noticed that I am urinating less, probably what people would call a normal amount, I guess before I used to go an abnormal amount which was lots!

I am quite overweight and doing all I can to try lose with a healthy balanced diet. And I'm currently on antibiotics, so I'm not sure if it's those. I'm due to finish the course of antibiotics tomorrow.

Can anyone please put my mind at ease? 😔

This is my first pregnancy, after trying for a year long! Really not sure what to be expecting here.

Congratulations on your BFP!

I'm not an expert, but with the things you've said, I'd call the GP just to check. I'm sure it's normal water retention, especially given the weather. But it can't help to get it checked out.

Thank you!

The swelling in my ankles seems to be going up and down, so I'm hoping it's nothing serious.
Perhaps I'll give it a couple more days to see if it gets better. I'm hoping it's just my body adjusting to this new bundle of joy!

Just the pain that I'm experiencing in my legs when I touch, very weird. I just wouldn't want to waste the GPs time if it nothing.
