Baby doesn't move in scan he's always in the same awkward position and struggle to move him. Any ideas why this could be and has anyone else experienced this

I'm the opposite but things they told me not to do might help
Dont
Have any sugar 24hr before
Have anything to eat
Have active morning no going gym
Dont have carbohydrate 12 hours before.

Hope baby moves for you xxx

Have the sonographers or midwives expressed any concerns about it? They would tell you if they thought there was a problem.
