Is it normal to have braxton hicks literally all night, they're causing me pain, I'm only 35 weeks, I just wanna know what pain relief I can use I've had a bath, and paracetamol,

I get them a hell of a lot at night. Especially in bed. I'm 38 weeks. Midwife's don't seem concerned x

Not much else you can take OP. You tried a hot water bottle?
I'm only 30 weeks and get them a fair bit and they last ages so they are really vicious. I wander round and do hip circles. I don't stretch as I've found it makes them worse.
That's all I do as paracetamol doesn't touch me. Plus they are gone before the tablets kick in so I don't see the point.
Have a word with your MW and see if there is anything she can suggest.
I know they give you codeine when you have proper contractions but whether they will let you take them at the minute I don't know

I took codeine during pregnancy with permission from the midwife and doctor (I had SPD).

Please do ring your midwife and stress that you are extremely uncomfortable and in a lot of pain and that paracetamol isn’t touching it neither is a bath.

They might ask you in for a check up or they may say to take co-codomol
