Medela swing breast pump

I bought this pump yesterday and don't seem to be getting much milk from it..seems very slow and also causing painful nipples. Anyone have any experience of this or have any advice of how to use this to avoid this? I only seemed to be able to pump 50ml in 15 mins! Thanks

How much do you usually get at that time in the day? I find I get loads in the morning and dinner time not a lot at lunch time or at night.
It did initially hurt but now it’s fine after a few uses.

I got 50ml at 9am and it made me paranoid that my milk supply is low! I was getting more with the manual pump..I'll keep powering through :)

Yeh it might go down initially. Give it a week
