.... So I'm 31 weeks with high bp really low iron(started tablets) with placenta previa..... so so breathless baby is breech but literally mowed my lawn or half it's about 6mt by 6 Mt and I physically couldn't do all of it!! My mum keeps saying you sound like darth vader I've had to come sit down and then have another go in abit but wondering does having a breech baby make a difference like this? I know low iron can make you breathless but I've had that with all other babies but never felt as bad!!!

This doesn't sound normal, irrespective of what's causing it. I'd call your maternity unit as a matter of urgency.

FWIW, I had a spinning baby (ended up breech) that was born weighing almost 9lbs. I'm 5'5" and obese and had lots of amniotic fluid. The only time I felt breathless was when I was doing a presentation at work, standing up, at 37 weeks. And even then it was like I'd run up a flight of stairs, not like Darth Vader.
