Pregnancy and sinusitis?

Any remedies folks? I've got a saline nasal spray and taking paracetamol but my face and left ear are still throbbing 😭 been told no decongestants and haven't had it long enough for antibiotics! Have a little face mask that heats up which does help but only for a while!

I had really bad sinusitis when pregnant and it didn't really get better until I got the antibiotics but steam over a bowl of just boiled hot water provided some relief. I put a towel over my head and had my head elevated above the steam from the bowl and breathed the steam. This provided some relief for a while. Hope you feel better soon.
