Any mums with some more idea than me able to help me out.

I had a blood test my hgc level was 497 at bang on 4 weeks from my last menstrual period.
so 4pm on tuesday and then repeated 2pm today on thursday and its 997.
They want to repeat the test 1pm on sat. Is this normal? Should i be worried?
I have had 3 daughters all live births and 1 son 21 weeks who wasnt a live birth so i am a little bit worried as they only needed 2 tests with each of those pregnancies.

I am very early i know. I just tried for a while with all my pregnancies so its a very wanted baby.
I had a scan to see my ovary and they couldnt see it well as it was too dark. They saw what looked like a small bleed at the top of my uterus and what they think may be the start of a sac at the bottom. But at 4 weeks they reassured me that it was to early to tell anything at this point and i shouldnt worry too much hence why they needed the blood tests.

Sorry to ramble.
