Help with Lloyd’s pharmacy test.. pos or neg?

Bought a digital Lloyd’s pharmacy test.. never seen one before.. you put the little cartridge into the digital holder..

Anyway the digital holder is saying “not pregnant”.. but there is two clear lines on the urine stick..

Does anyone know why??
