34 weeks upset tum?

I'm only 34+2.
I felt really off all day yesterday, just out of sorts.
Last night I had what I think are BH. I didn't have these the first time around. They were coming and going, uncomfortable enough to stop me talking but not anything like the hell that was labour.
Today I've got low back pain and feel like I've got an upset belly (cramps and like I really need to poop... Although I have tried to poop with not much success).
Should I be concerned about this or am I just getting worked up over BH?

I'd call your midwife just to be on the safe side

I'm 36 weeks today and have had this for around 2 weeks now.

I keep getting quite painful BH but they're very irreguler so I know they're not real contractions plus I've just been feeling generally 'off' with stomach ache, cramps, lower back ache, lots of pressure down below and diarrhoea etc.

I told my midwife but she just said it's normal in the third trimester and to keep an eye out for contractions becoming more regular and evenly spaced out and/or my waters breaking.

Give yours a call for some advice if you're concerned.

Thanks for your replies :)

@sel2223 yeah that's how I'm feeling. The last time I did this was 8 years ago. Didn't think there was anything to stress about just wanted to check :)

I'm 35 weeks with my third and have been feeling the same for just over a week now. Very uncomfortable and crampy. I've spoken to my midwife who has basically told me it doesn't warrant a trip to triage unless cramps become regular etc, but I am going to get in touch with triage myself later today as I do recall having similar cramps when I had a UTI in my first pregnancy. Try to be seen if you can just to rule out water infection. X
