Hi! I am 13+4 weeks pregnant, Yesterday was my first day back at work since lockdown ended and I work in house keeping so I'm on my feet ALL day my job is very sore on my body! I was due a rescan today anyway as the first scan was varying between 5 days.
Anyway yesterday at work my tummy was cramping quite alarming no blood or anything but it wasn't comfortable I literally came home and passed out I was that tired! Today at my rescan the baby was fine strong heart beat and wriggling around. I was just wondering has anyone else experienced this?? Cramping while exercising or on feet all day? Is it muscular? Thanks xxx

Will be a mix. I often experienced cramp in early pregnancy. Im a carer so 12 hour shifts. I was actually in agony at times! It’s also the fact your uterus will be making its first good stretches and round ligament pain becomes a thing! X

Aw that makes me feel better, No one warns you about the cramping I thought it was something bad🤣it's just the way I only feel it when I'm at work but I guess it's just because the job is so physicalHmm

@ashyxo just try and rest when you can, easier said than done! But I would work myself into agony because I thought I was being dramatic - not a good idea
