2nd baby after c-section

Hi!
My first child is 2 weeks away from being 6months old and I've just found out I'm pregnant!
Shocked is not the word for it!
I had an emergency c-sec with her and I want to see if anyone else has gone through this and how they found it?
Was it a harder pregnancy? Was it hard having a baby so soon after having a c-sec and how did you cope with it mentally?

My DS was 8 months when I found out I was pregnant with DS. DS was emergency c-sec and DD was planned.

As there was less than 18 months between the 2 of them I had to have c-sec with DD but that was fine by me! It was hard I'm not going to lie but I recovered so much quicker 2nd time around as I knew what it was going to be like.
