Really long hot showers in the first trimester?

So I’ve heard about baths/saunas etc but what about showers?

I usually take them fir 15-20 minutes but today I had a bad back and it wasn’t boiling but was hotter than usual - I stayed in for about an hour and now feel awful (tired, sock and dizzy). Google is just saying hot showers are okay but not for a long tine so now I’m worrying! Anyone else take longer showers at this stage and were ok? I’m 9+3 and have anxiety in general so I’m sorry if it’s a silly question. I’m just interested to hear other people’s experiences.

I think it's the risk of passing out that's the problem - obviously if you fainted in the shower you could hurt yourself badly, especially if you were the only one in the house and couldn't get help.

I used to have long hot showers. Not for an hour but for at least 30 mins plus, in my first trimester. Now I'm 29 weeks and baby is fine 👍🏻
