Twingey pains

I'm 10wks 5days.
Today I have been having twingey pains on left side and I think I noticed a light bit of pink when I wiped earlier but unsure. Just super anxious about everything scan next Fri

This is my first pregnancy and have been paranoid about a lot of things throughout because I wasn’t sure was too expect.

I would ring your midwife number to speak to them, they can give you advice over the phone if they don’t think there’s anything to worry about or book you in to make sure everything’s ok. Will put your mind at ease!

I thought I was being silly but nothing’s silly when it comes down to it

Just feel like I panic at the smallest thing. I will call them if I gets worse. I'm just scared of a mmc or a misscsrriage. Literally over thinking everything

I totally understand that.
I’ve felt like that throughout a large chunk of my pregnancy. It wasn’t until the mid 20 weeks that it started to ease.
It will get better. In the mean while if you are worried definitely speak to the midwife, that’s what they are there for x
