Hi everyone, just thought I’d come on and share my story to help others!

On Friday I was bleeding a lot into the loo, (TMI) bleeding out stringy spots. This stopped for a few hours and I began spotting on and off until Saturday night. I was sure it was all over as I have PCOS, so was just freaking at this point!

I booked a private scan for Tuesday, this site helped me keep positive but as the day came I preparing for the worst news as I was so nervous. When I saw my little baby and it’s heart flicker. I couldn’t believe it! Turns out I have a small haemorrhage which they don’t seem concerned about.

Just really writing this to help other people and have faith that bleeding isn’t always a sign of a MC! I heard such success story’s on here and this site really helped me keep a bit of faith and hope in the back of my mind that everything would have been alright. Hope this helps someone feel at ease if they’re going through the same thing! Grin

Wonderful news!!! I had a pelvic haematoma during my first pregnancy and they just gave me extra scans to make sure everything was ok so make sure you ask.

I had exactly the same bleeding 3 times (3 pregnancies). Twice were miscarriages, the third was exactly the same but all was fine. You really can't tell.

Why were you sure it was all over as you have PCOS? Sorry for the blunt question, just interested as I'm pretty sure I have undiagnosed PCOS and am 9+1 ☺

PS. Glad it all turned out OK! The first trimester is so stressful isn't it?

Hello! I thought this because my doctor said it would be quite hard for me to get pregnant in the first place so when I started to bleed I just thought agh! Maybe this is happening Because of my Pcos. It’s really a worrying time so hopefully all still goes good! And congratulations Smile

I have another scan in 4 weeks so hopefully all is still good! Did this make you bleed as well?

I've had 11 pregnancies and the two times I bled, I wasn't miscarrying! My miscarriages were entirely without any signs. You just don't know.
