Hi everyone, I’m new to Mumsnet and I’m sorry if this is spoken about elsewhere.
Today I had a sudden gush of fresh blood and had two clots on the toilet paper (about the size of a 1p coin each?) I have continued to bleed when I go to the bathroom since (started about 4 hours ago)
I’ve had no cramping and just generally felt a b it crappy today with nausea and tiredness - general pregnancy symptoms!
I’m obviously really worried about miscarrying but wondered if anyone had this and went on to have a viable pregnancy?
I’m probably clutching at straws xx

@beemac88 sorry you are experiencing this. You will probably hear stories that go either way, bleeding can be normal but can indicate something isn't quite right. If it continues you could try to contact your local EPU (they might say you need to go via your GP). Be aware though due to covid they may not offer you a scan though. If you are not having cramps that is positive. Good luck x

@Workingmama1 thank you for your kind reply - You’re right. I’ve read both good and bad stories of this so I think I’ll stop the googling now! l will contact EPU in the morning. I work at the hospital so I just hope they can offer a scan to check x
