Help baby is back to back

I'm 39+5 gestation. Midwife said that baby is back to back 😕
Has anyone got any tips on how to get baby to move into back to front position.
Really scared about having a back to back birth. I have a birthing ball if that helps 🤷‍♀️
Any tips will be appreciated!!

Get on your knees and lean over the birthing ball (or just get on all fours).
When your not doing that sit on birthing ball leaning forward.

Try an inversion - you basically carefully manoeuvre yourself upside down - it allows baby to come out of the pelvis and have more room to turn

Don't panic xx I had a 3 back to back babies first was easyest by far and no one really knew she was until she was born. The other two one turned at last minute and other had to be turned by Dr which was a extremely odd feeling but when your in labour you don't really care ..... All in all maybe a little longer labours but nothing terrible x

You can help them turn with the bottom in the air position that others are describing. From what I know about this (having researched it after I had this to help avoid it with my second baby) many babies turn in early labour anyway so I wouldn't worry. No one ever mentioned to me whether the baby was back to back even in early labour. At the midwives appointments they only told that they were head down and engaged, so I didn't even know it was a thing!

I only found out my first was back to back (still had no idea what it meant at the time!) when I'd been in labour in hospital for hours. I was stuck on 7cm for 10 hours. They eventually gave me the drip to get things going again (which was fine) and a dr helped turn my babies head slightly (with her hand) as she was wedged in there and pushing wasn't working but I didn't have any forceps or anything and the baby shot out like being fired out of a cannon still back to back looking up at everyone. Didn't have any tears or anything. So even if the baby stays in that position it doesn't mean you'll end up with a horrible birth. Mine was fine, just long, it was 24 in labour so I was shattered, but absolutely fine.
