Please help

Recently suffered an ectopic pregnancy over 2 weeks ago needing surgery and I've had severe headaches since.
Is this due to drop in hormone levels? I can't really seem to find much online.

Anyone else had this after ectopic or MC?

I've had two ectopics both ruptured requiring surgery - I don't remember headaches specifically but I felt pretty crap for about a week after so I probably did - are you drinking enough water? I know I get headaches if I've had surgery and not drinking enough as the body needs more nutrition etc to heal

It was my second ectopic too. Can't remember having the headaches after the first one in Feb.
I'm drinking lots, trying to reduce my screen time. Getting my eyes checked this morning to see if it's anything to do with my glasses.
Just seems to have come so soon after the ectopic so thought it might be somehow linked x
