Trapped wind third trimester

I’m currently 33 weeks and for the last week have been suffering with terrible trapped wind and pains in the left of my tummy - baby always over to the right side so not sure if it’s their positioning that’s contributing to it, anyone else have this? I’m drinking lots of peppermint tea, eating anti wind tablets everyday and doing stretches/walking lots- any other suggestions?!

Get on all fours (if you can!!) and rock back and forth slowly. Keep going. Whenever I have painful trapped wind this always works.

Lying on your left side can help too.

Lie on your back and draw your knees up together as far as you can and rock them from side to side as far as you can go. Do it for as long as you comfortably can. It's a sure fire way of getting rid of trapped wind. I still do it now years after having children.

I'm finding peppermint tea helps and googling different yoga positions specifically for this (some of which have been mentioned above)
