BFP at 3 weeks and 2 days!

Today I got a bfp at 3 weeks and 2 days after having symptoms the past 3 days. AF due Thurs/Fri. I'm terrified as I had a chemical 2 months ago where I got a BFP and my period arrived but I continued to get positive tests throughout.

So now I have an agonising wait to the weekend. Hoping my period doesn't show and it can finally be true and I can get excited. I know it's my own fault for testing early, but the symptoms, anxiety and also needing to know due to pending birthday celebrations meant it was near enough impossible not to test!

Anyone in the same boat? Or anyone else find out early then had to wait and see if AF showed? 😩

Hi, good luck and I hope it goes smoothly for you Smile I have short cycles 21-24 days and I found out at 3 weeks 3 days. I’m currently 15+4

Thank you! Smile. @DeeDee9898

I'm feeling so blessed to have conceived again so quickly but now I'm a bloody nervous wreck waiting for the weekend, hoping for my period not to arrive. I feel different to last time though with symptoms so I'm hoping this is a good sign!

I'm currently 5w1d - got my BFP at 3w2d too and also off the back of a recent chemical. terrified it's not going to stick but hopefully we will both be lucky! xx

Good luck to both of you. I haven’t had any symptoms at all which is lucky I know but made me worry so much, I have two friends who are also pregnant and they were both hit hard with symptoms so did make me worry more

Thanks both. It makes me breathe easier knowing there are people out there who managed to make it past the period. Especially after a previous chemical. It's so silly because every pregnant woman misses her period but when you've been through the disappointment before of it arriving after a bfp, it's an anxious wait.

As for symptoms, I definitely feel pregnant! Which is nice to feel but I just hope it doesn't get too bad 🤞🏽
