Customer Service jobs in pregnancy - a bad idea!!!

Sorry to rant but I work in a customer service role for a local council and since being pregnant am rather more short tempered than usual!

I just completely lost it with this guy on the phone who was being a complete idiot and then walked out cried and then had a little retail therapy!

Anyone else feel this way? Any good ways of staying calm and not going bankrupt!!!???

Hanaflower, thanks for the ideas - making sure my line manager knows when I have a call like that (she knows I'm PG) and keeping the receipts. The latter will keep my DH happy.

I am a bit annoyed with myself as I am usually quite calm and enjoy dealing with people but there we go. I've got a scan picture around, maybe I'll focus on that next time and contemplate 52 weeks off
