Hello,

I am interested in the Positive Birth Company hypnobirthing but wondering when is the best time to start the digital pack? I am only 20 weeks so wasn't sure if it's too soon.

Also is it worth waiting to see if they have a promo as I know they did one in March?

Should I read some books alongside the digital pack if so can anyone recommend please.

hey I'm not sure on that one but I've just signed up to one in my area and the teacher recommends doing the course between 20-30 weeks pregnant, I cant wait to start the course it looks really interesting

It's all about practice so start it as soon as you can and practice the techniques as often as you can.

I did this at 20 weeks pregnant. I went through it slowly and watched a couple of videos before I went to bed at night. I’m now 34 weeks and I’m planning on going through it all again because I’ve forgotten quite a lot of it.

I was REALLY scared of giving birth though so I’m glad I did it at 20 weeks because it’s really calmed me throughout my pregnancy, and you can always go through it again if you want to.
