Hey

So I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant and have some Raspberry Leaf tea I was going to start taking them from around 32 weeks, would you recommend or not? I've heard good things about it just want to get peoples opinions please. TIA x

Might be a coincidence but I drank it and my Labour was only an hour!

I had a cup a day and went into labour on my due date. However, 48 hours later I had to have an emergency csection, was only 6cm dilated

I drank it with my second from 32 weeks, gave birth at 38+6 after an easy labour (less than 12 hours from first twinge to delivery).

I took it during the 3rd trimester and had a very smooth labour but I had also done a lot of walking and yoga stretches which probably was what made the difference. Sedentary habits I believe made my other labours much longer as my muscles were tight.

I drank lots of it with both pregnancies, and had quick easy labour's. But I also did lots of Pilates, walking etc. So couldn't pinpoint it to the tea specifically.

Thank you all for the replies.. think I'm definitely going to start at 32 weeks! Can I just ask I'll start with a cup a day then do I need to up it or just stay at 1 cup?

I don't know what the actual advice is, but I was drinking about 4 cups a day in the last 2 weeks. The Holland and Barratt staff were really helpful when I bought it I remember

This also may be a coincidence but I drank it religiously from 32 weeks when I was pregnant with DD who is my first. Came to the hospital at 11am being 1cm dilated and it all progressed VERY quickly from there. She was born at 9pm the same day.

I drank raspberry leaf tea from 37 weeks and had my baby at 38 weeks after 40 mins of active labour. May be a coincidence but I feel it definitely helped labour
