Hi all....due our baby in the next couple of weeks and all geared up to use washable wipes and nappies.just have a couple of questions hopefully someone can help 😁
For out & about, what kind of bag should I get for taking wipes with me if they're pre-wet? Or a water spray bottle maybe and dry clean wipes? 🤔 and same question for dirty nappies when I change baby out of the house. Looking for (preferably cheap) waterproof but reusable bags I suppose, and any tips you can offer!

Also what is best to keep dirty nappies in @ home? A bucket with a lid? I've heard some people use a bucket with a mesh bag inside so they just grab it out and throw in the wash!

Really really want us to get on with these, I am committed!!! Thanks all x 💩

I use a double bag from Baba and Boo for going out. You can put clean damp wipes in the front pocket and then move them to the back pocket when dirty. I use a bigger bag from Baba and Boo for in the house - when its full just unzip and chuck the whole lot in the washing machine. Takes up less space than a bucket and you can take it with you if you stay somewhere overnight.

What nappies have you got?

I bought a cheeky wipes all in one kit, it comes with little wet clean and dirty bags to go out in! I've written a blog post on them recently if you want me to message you the info :)

I have a 'clean' bag from cheeky wipes for my wipes. And I get £1.50 wet bags off eBay for the dirty nappies and wipes, they come in funky patterns and designs and work really well. I have several, 1 for normal use, one for nursery, a spare for when one is in the wash and a second spare I take on days out where we might get wet or muddy and need a change of clothes.
