Hi,
I'm almost 22wks and today whilst walking to the shops I had such a painful stomach, right underneath my bump which felt like a stitch all the way along. I don't get this when walking around my house but literally made me want to stop walking.
Has anyone else had this? Is it normal?

Hi, I've had these a few times over the last few weeks. I'm 23 weeks atm. I spoke with midwife and she suggested it might be ligaments softening causing the pain. She checked me over just incase and everything seems ok so hopefully just another pregnancy ache and pain!

I’ve have this and I think it’s round ligament pain. It started around 22 weeks for me and I’m now 34 and it’s getting worse 😔 it’s nothing to worry about, just annoying more than anything. I find I have to walk really slow and I can avoid the pains

Thanks ladies, it seems I also have some ankle swelling (just one so far?!) Too! I was expecting this to happen but I was at least thinking it will wait until the 3rd trimester! The joys eh! X
