round ligament pain or trapped wind

hi, I wondered if anyone is suffering or have advice I'm nearly 14+6 and had some sharp stabbing pains lower in my abdominal almost felt like it travelled down into my private parts so I sat down and it eased but then it kept feeling a bit painful and achy then radiated all around like a trapped wind pain, i did have trapped wind all evening so maybe its just that, but it was such a worry and quite a strong feeling, has anyone else had this? Thanks for reading

I'm nearly 29 weeks and I've had those sorts of pains since around 7 weeks.
Not all the time but they do come and go. Don't try and stretch out though, you need to bend into it, so sit down basically.
If the pains become unbearable then call your maternity unit and they will give you a check over and make sure you and baby are ok.

If it's along where your knicker line goes then it's likely stretching pains

@lockdownpregnancy ah yea mine comes and goes, I think I've had cramps since about 8 weeks so I should be used to it by now lol
@AnnaSW1 yes it is down on the knicker line so thats probably what it is

I had exactly this from 14 weeks onwards! Definitely a combo of ligament pain and/or wind. Both of which I get all the time :) Try not to worry.
