So unfortunately I had a miscarriage last month, but have been trying hard to get pregnant again for this month! Just want to no how long it took you to get pregnant after having a miscarriage (chemical pregnancy) , and when and what symptoms did you feel if you recall?? Thankyou

Hi, I didn't have a chemical pregnancy, but I did have a natural MC in April at 8+4 weeks. I had my period 24 days after, we did try to conceive after that but think it was too much pressure. I managed to conceive on the second cycle and am now 5+3.

They do say you're most fertile within the first 3 months of a MC/CP. I've read a few women on here conceiving without a period after their loss.
as long as you feel mentally ready to try again.
Wishing you all the best. X

Also, the symptoms I found was cramping about a week before my period was due; and also extremely tired. X

Hi @Mummy120494 I've had 4 miscarriages over the past 4 years or so. 3 of those were MMC. I've conceived them all at very different times.

The first one was a surprise around November time. Then I got pregnant with our 2nd about 4 months after we lost her. Then we stopped trying for a few months and got pregnant with our 3rd after trying for about 5 or 6 months if I remember correctly. Then I got pregnant with our 4th after about 13/14 months of trying.

I am now 20 weeks pregnant with our 5th. This one was a surprise only about 2 months after losing our 4th. We were actively avoiding getting pregnant as couldn't bear to go through the hell of another MMC. But this one seems to be sticking around!

My symptoms for each have been similar. Although our first one I had nausea and not had that for any others, and our 4th I had very tender boobs from about CD7 onwards. This one I didn't really have many symptoms at all except tiredness which didn't really kick in until I was about 8/9 weeks. Eventually got tender boobs at around that time too.

I hope that helps you!
