Stabbing pains

My last period was 1st June. My flo app has estimated ovulation on the 15th June. I had sex on the 17th and the 19th. This last week or so I've been experiencing what I can only describe as dull electric shock type pains, or I guess another way to describe it is dull sharp stabbing pains in the public area of my vagina. Occasional pain in my ovary but not as frequent as the electric/stabbing pains. I am now 10 days late for my period and 23DPO according to the flo app I have. No idea if I did actually ovulate on that date... Clearly not as my period is nearly 2 weeks. I've done pregnancy tests, I had one very very faint positive last week, but before that and since then I have only had negatives. So I'm guessing it's safe to say I'm not pregnant. But these stabbing / electric aches... Anyone have any idea???

Just try a blue response test if you have previously used a cheapy one
And you must seek medical advise as everyone can speculate but untill a medic doesn’t check you out you can’t rule anything out
Good luck

I've done a free and that was negative too. The pains don't hurt, it's just annoying. And continuous. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced it. I read on line that if you don't know when your next period is, you should test 21 days after sex. I do know when my next period was due, but think I'll still do the 21 days thing at least then I'll know 100% that way although it's safe to stay that I'm not. I'd have tested positive by now
