Likely to need induction?

I'm 38+2, had a midwife appointment today and my blood pressure has gone up and I have some swelling in my feet. She called the hospital and got me booked in for another BP check on Thursday. Baby is also on the big side according to scans.

Has anyone had this and not been induced? How likely are they to send me for an induction within the next week?

Can't help you or give you any advice but i am in a similar situation. Im nearly 35 weeks pregnant with high BP im due to see my midwife weekly and baby is measuring slightly bigger then average - i have another scan at 36 weeks to discuss possible induction due to BP. Hope your okay x
