Can anyone recommend some pelvic floor exercises other than the tradition squeezey ones?

One I read on here

tighten part way- pause, tighten fully - pause then do it in reverse as if stopping at floors in a lift so release part way- pause then release fully. Repeat 10 times each of taking the ‘lift’ up and down stopping at the middle floor each time.

Squeeze fully and hold for 10 seconds then release, repeat 10 times then release.

Squeeze, release, squeeze, release- repeat 10 times.

Do all of the above 3 x a day - an whenever else you remember.

Look up celestial soul on Facebook. I highly recommend her exercises.

Follow @gussiegrips on twitter and instagram. She used to be on here, she's a specialist physio, and funny, too.

Google GussieGrips - she is a women's health physio and her advice is in line with best evidence based practice.

10 second hold (as if you're holding a fart in)
Then 10 quick flicks, relaxing inbetween each.

Repeat 3 times each day 😊
