Can't even see a nub?!

This is my 12 week scan. I can't even see a nub so no idea what I'm meant to be having. Am I just blind? Any ideas?

Nubs aren't always visible, I'd hazard a guess at a boy from the skull though

It’s far too early to find out the sex. Baby is still tiny at this point

Yes I know @peachypetite, I was just asking for opinions if anyone had an idea.
