Bugaboo Fox 2 vs Oyster 3

Looking for a travel system and haven't managed to see any in person yet. I was pretty set on the Bugaboo Fox 2 but I've recently seen the Oyster 3 which also looks good. Does anyone have experience of these or know how they compare?

Thanks in advance! x

Up to 20kg I believe

Stargazer87 · 16/07/2020 16:37

What ages is up to 20kg typically? Am I the only one that doesn't know this? 🙈

Anaesthetist83 · 16/07/2020 17:09

A 50th centile 5 year old would be about 20kg ie should last long enough!

@Anaesthetist83 I agree. Also the way the foot rest is designed the largest setting is on the chassis rather than the actual seat, so actually looks like would last a taller toddler than another eg ocarro where the foot rest is only apart of the seat. Hope that makes sense.

That's good to know, it must just look smaller than it is, it looks very compact!

I have the bugaboo fox and cloud z and it's AMAZING

I love it and have no complaints at all

Can I check which travel system you went with and your thoughts after use? I am now in this same position, I had the oyster zero stroller with my older kid and really liked that. I do like the look of the fox however the bundle I want to get with the cybex cloud z bundle there is a price difference of around £200 - not sure if it’s worth it? Thanks

TheNeverEndingOver · 01/04/2021 08:30

@Lol4bab Did you decide which to get in the end? Same position here as well!
