TMI - discharge

This is a bit TMI but over the last 3/4 weeks, I've had so much discharge!
I'm only 22 weeks and googling images of what my discharge looks like resembles online images of other people's mucus plugs. It's mostly clear when I wipe at the toilet but feels almost slimy when I'm wiping. And if I've been sitting or lying down for a while and I then go to the toilet, I normally get quite a large thick blob of it either falls out or I wipe away. It's gotten to the point where I can sometimes feel it when I'm walking as though it's stuck inside me.
I mentioned this to my consultant when I was 19 weeks and she seemed to think it sounded like normal pregnancy discharge but I feel like it's increased again since then.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar??

I'm not a doc, and I absolutely think that if you're even remotely worried it's always worth getting checked out by a doc or MW.

BUT from my second trimester onwards I had SO much discharge. So much that I regularly thought my waters had broken and more than once went to the maternity ward. Nope, just hideous amounts of discharge.

To add, I've already read about peoples' mucous plugs coming out early and 'regrowing'... But still, if you're worried, always get checked.

Exactly the same for me, I feel like it builds up and comes out at once? My midwife said this was normal, as long as it’s clear/white and doesn’t smell. Check with MW if you’re not sure :)

23 weeks and buckets of white/clear discharge too... Sometimes I feel it come out. Lovely.

I had this and was told it's normal by several different midwives/doctors and I even said its allot more than the increased discharge I've had during pregnancy! Then 10 days later I woke up in extreme pain so went in and saw a midwife at the early pregnancy unit. I showed her the pictures of the discharge I was getting when wiping and she looked for a seccond and said it's normal. She took a swab and finally a week later I have the awnser to the majorly increased discharge and pain, it's a bacterial infection which is common in pregnancy and treated with antibiotics. If your really concerned push to be seen by a midwife and ask for a swab test
