Hey there :) I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and I have been taking certizolumab pegol, and can continue to take it. Unfortunately that is the only drugs I can take during pregnancy, I have RA & AS (anklosying spondylitis). The only thing I will say is that I'm going through a flare up atm, carrying extra weight etc doesn't help. I've had a course of steroids of this but hasn't eased it too much. Hope this helps :)

I have crohns rather than RA but have taken Humira up to 28 weeks. As with lots of autoimmune conditions, I’ve been “better” during pregnancy. I was planning to continue it throughout pregnancy but the emergence of COVID swung the balance for me towards stopping it in the 3rd trimester.
