I'll explain after!

I look similar at 19 weeks. I think a lot of it is bloat though. I don't look that big first thing and then as soon as I eat anything the bump pops

Shmithecat2 · 05/07/2020 23:28

I would've guessed around 7 months... you do look quite big for 18 weeks when you take into account its your first and the baby is about the size of a sweet potato 🤷🏻‍♀️

Lozz22 · 05/07/2020 23:29

This was when I was 6 weeks Pregnant. Did get a few are you sure there's only one I there questions! I took another one about a week after my miscarriage and my tummy looked like it had just deflated when I put the pictures side by side

chubbyhotchoc · 05/07/2020 23:31

@Shmithecat2 no need really is there? I'm sure the op knows how big the baby is and there are quite a lot of other things that give you a bump other than the actual baby

mildlymiffed · 05/07/2020 23:33

@op I was really similar to you! Are you relatively short? I'm only 5"2 so looked bigger earlier I'd say. Baby has to go somewhere... and so I was all "out front"!

Shmithecat2 · 05/07/2020 23:33

@chubbyhotchoc no need for what? She asked how big she looked, explained why she asked and I'm offering my thoughts. What's your problem?

chubbyhotchoc · 05/07/2020 23:35

@Shmithecat2 for the condescending comment

darcie3 · 06/07/2020 06:37

@mildlymiffed I'm 5ft 2 too! Maybe that's part of the answer haha we will go with that! X

@FlowerPig I'm getting up about 11pm to eat a slice of toast which seems to be my craving at the moment 😂

You look like me at 18-20weeks maybe with no1 and 16weeks with no2.

MattBerrysHair · 06/07/2020 07:00

My bumps were absolutely massive. I looked the same as you in the picture at about 19/20 weeks. Everyone is so different, I wouldn't take any comments to heart.

MattBerrysHair · 06/07/2020 07:01

I'm also 5'2"....

ShyOwl · 06/07/2020 07:02

People can just be rude like that, they think you being pregnant gives them the right to say what they want about the way you look.

I had a patient who I used to see, never really liked him tbf, and he would always make comments about how big I was and if I was having twins! Ironically my bump actually measured small!
I think you look on track and are just carrying more forward

Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy

BadAlice · 06/07/2020 07:21

I would have said 16-20 weeks. You’re at the stage where it would be rude to ask in case it is just bloating! Can’t believe anyone would thing you looked ready to drop!

TwinkleStars15 · 06/07/2020 07:50

@darcie3 I said 18-20 weeks because you look a similar size to a lot of the ladies you see at their 20 week scans. You don’t look huge at all, nowhere near 9 months!

RoLaren · 06/07/2020 09:47

What happened to your other son applepip?

TwinkleStars15 · 06/07/2020 09:58

@RoLaren wrong thread.

RoLaren · 06/07/2020 10:13

No, attention seeking poster! Shall I link to her other thread?

sel2223 · 06/07/2020 10:36

@RoLaren what are you on about? Who is applepip?

FrauFarbissina · 06/07/2020 10:55

would've guessed around 7 months... you do look quite big for 18 weeks when you take into account its your first and the baby is about the size of a sweet potato

That's not quite how it works Hmm

TwinkleStars15 · 06/07/2020 15:50

@RoLaren oh. I saw her other thread, about not knowing if she was pregnant or not? Is this the same person then?

darcie3 · 06/07/2020 16:26

@TwinkleStars15 @RoLaren I'm definitely not that person I'm so confused
